Apply Now: INEC has begun her election staff recruitment, opens portal - Feed9ja.com

The Independent National Electoral Commission, on Wednesday, blazoned the inception of reclamation of election staff for the 2023 general choices. To this effect, the electoral arbiter said it had opened its gate for reclamation, adding that eligible aspirants should begin applying for the part. 


INEC made the advertisement in a post on its Facebook runner on Wednesday. It said the gate which opened on Wednesday( moment) would be closed on November 30, 2022. 

The statement read, “ The Commission has approved there-activation of INECPRES both the Mobile App for Android phones only and the web gate( laptops only). 


“To this end the portal will be open to eligible applicants for registration of all categories of ad-hoc staff (SPO/PO/APO/RATECHS/RAC Managers) except the Collation officers.

“The portal opens on Wednesday the 14th of September and ends on the 30th November, 2022.”

Feed9ja reports that electioneering for the 2023 election will kick off later this month, signaling the commencement of activities that would culminate in next year’s general elections.

In order to serve as a warning to others in the industry, the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) claimed it conducted a raid in Enugu and seized unlawful digital cable networks worth N250 million. The Real Summit Television studios, located in Nsukka, Enugu State, were sealed by the Commission on September 21. According to information acquired, the television channel reportedly stole the programming from other digital satellite transmitting stations like DSTV and Startimes. The Commission demobilized the station at Ugwuoye, Nsukka by taking away the devices needed to collect signals for onward transmission before sealing the station there.
