Tochi, a reality TV personality, got hot under the collar when a con artist posing as Queen Elizabeth asked for $300.

The con artist said that "she" was still alive and that her son, Charles, had left her behind on a lonely island so that he could take over the throne.

Reality TV personality Tochukwu Okechukwu, often known as Tochi, posted the message he received from an online scammer posing as Queen Elizabeth II, the late monarch of England.

Recall that the Queen, who had ruled England for the longest period of time, died on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96.

The scammer entered the former Big Brother Naija star's Instagram DM pretending to be the late queen, riding the monarch's demise to his or her advantage.

The con artist said that "she" was still alive and that her son, Charles, had left her behind on a lonely island so that he could take over the throne. He then demanded $300 as "travel cost" to get back to the UK's Buckingham Palace.

The message is quite funny and says,

Hey, this is Queen Elizabeth, and I'm still alive. So that he could rule as king, Charles sent me to a remote island. Please send me $300 via cash app since I don't have access to my royal funds and I need to return to the UK.

In response, Tochi voiced contempt for the imposter and referred to him as a "psychopath" for exploiting the Queen's passing.
